Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in growth for SaaS/B2B environments.
• Track record of owning strategy at offering or segment level with measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, funnels, and behavioral data.
• Experience applying AI/ML for personalization and discovery within growth.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and roadmap for a major product area across the lifecycle.
• Directly accountable for incremental revenue, active usage, conversion, and retention.
• Drive an AI-first product strategy across end-to-end journeys.
• Set high-velocity experimentation standards from discovery to A/B testing.
• Influence senior leadership with data-backed narratives and cross-functional alignment.
• Coach PMs and partners to raise the growth function's capability.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and growth marketing to ship scalable solutions.
