Qualifications

• 5+ years in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Mural.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Yellow Belt certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with greatest value.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approach.
• Ensure improvements result in updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create clear visual representations of current-state processes to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design optimized future-state processes that streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement improvements via automation, workflow changes, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, cybersecurity, and operations teams to scale improvements.
• Drive change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in for smooth implementation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes for agility and effectiveness.
