Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
3+ years in formal BPM framework (process inventory, documentation, governance).
2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to cross-functional problems.
Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvements.
Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
Ensure improvements are sustainable and embedded into operations.
Maintain improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
Enforce standard documentation and governance routines.
Create process maps and governance artifacts (SOPs, KPIs).
Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
Implement improvements through automation and workflow changes.
