Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions. You will design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes with Lean Six Sigma, delivering measurable capacity gains and risk reduction.

You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to drive sustainable improvements and governance. You will build capabilities, create clear process documentation, and ensure ownership with defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years within a formal BPM framework with process inventory, documentation, and governance.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals and ISTS OKRs.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized measurement.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with the greatest value potential.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation approach.
• Ensure updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts are produced.
• Create clear visuals of current-state processes (Visio, Lucidchart) to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design future-state processes that streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, cybersecurity, and operations teams to scale improvements.
