Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions. This role will design, standardize, and govern ISTS processes using Lean Six Sigma and agentic workflows to enable operational excellence.

Partnering with IT, security, and operations, the position focuses on reducing friction, increasing capacity, and strengthening controls while delivering measurable improvements and updated SOPs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework (documentation, governance).
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains and risk reduction through standardized measurement and reporting.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled and embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with high value.
• Enforce engagement lifecycle, quality standards and documentation approach.
• Ensure updates to process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create visual representations of current-state processes to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflow changes.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
