CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvements across Information Security and Technology Solutions. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, design standardized processes, and govern operations with clear ownership, KPIs, and controls.

Collaboration with ISTS leaders and risk stakeholders ensures scalable improvements and reduced friction. The role focuses on developing measurable outcomes, sustaining momentum, and embedding changes into daily workflows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years within a formal BPM framework: inventory, taxonomy, documentation, governance.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvements.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance, via standardized measurement.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Enforce a consistent engagement lifecycle, quality standards, and documentation.
• Update process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Create visual representations of current-state processes (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Design future-state processes to streamline workflows and improve UX.
• Implement improvements through technology enablement, automation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
• Drive change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in for smooth implementation.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation including flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Continuously refine processes for ongoing effectiveness and adaptability.
