Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions. You will design, standardize, and govern processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPM, partnering with technology towers, process owners, and risk stakeholders to reduce friction and strengthen controls.

As a delivery leader and capability builder, you will oversee KPI-driven improvements, ensure sustainable changes, and maintain governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework, including governance routines.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver capacity gains, cost reductions, and risk avoidance with measurement.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, documented, and embedded in operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives.
• Create process maps, SOPs, KPIs and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations to scale changes.
