Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned pricing professional to lead price-to-win efforts for complex federal/state proposals in the Bennington, Vermont area. You will perform cost analyses, develop competitive pricing strategies, and coordinate data from GovWin and related sources, while guiding capture and pricing teams.

You will present pricing highlights and risks to senior leadership and participate in strategy discussions to optimize bid outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of Price to Win, pricing, or financial proposal experience in state/local procurements.
• Strong understanding of government pricing markets and procurement tendencies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior management.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods for competitive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive cost analysis and price-to-win estimates for strategic proposals.
• Assist in development of pricing strategies and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate data collection from GovWin, Dun & Bradstreet, and FOIA processes.
• Interface with sales, BD, and capture management on pricing analyses.
• Possibly participate in contract award negotiations and leadership guidance.
• Present analyses and recommendations to executive leadership.
