Job summary

Maximus in Bangor, ME seeks a seasoned pricing professional to lead price-to-win efforts for federal/state procurements. You will analyze costs, competitors and risks, coordinating inputs from operations, HR, facilities and IT to build competitive proposals.

The role requires deep FAR/CAS knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present to executives including the CEO and CFO. You will mentor staff and shape pricing strategy across capture teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of related Federal Pricing experience in complex proposals.
• Strong MS Excel, Power Point, and Word proficiency.
• Knowledge of FAR/CAS and federal procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive cost analysis and price to win estimates for proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies and risk analyses with capture team.
• Coordinate inputs from operations, HR, facilities and tech for pricing.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions and present to executive team.
• Mentor and develop junior staff on pricing methods.
• Prepare inputs for standard Federal Price/Business Volume documentation.
