Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program, overseeing badge lifecycle, biometric access controls, and secure-space governance across EY's real estate portfolio.

The role partners with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure compliant, scalable access management and secure workplace operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of physical security operations and access control experience.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
