Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY's real estate portfolio. You will supervise access control administration, badge lifecycle management, and biometric systems, ensuring secure, compliant access management.

You will partner with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to govern, audit, and advance security initiatives while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management and biometric access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
