Job summary

CSL is seeking a Pheresis Technician to perform plasma collection and donor care in a high‑volume environment. You will handle donor setup, monitoring, venipuncture, and data entry in the donor information system.

You will educate donors about the process, safety procedures, and center policies while ensuring product quality and donor safety. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a medical/health care environment preferred or equivalent.
• Specialized medical or phlebotomy training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection per SOPs.
• Perform venipuncture to initiate pheresis.
• Monitor donor vein performance and adjust for safety and efficiency.
• Educate donors on therapeutic plasma products and center policies.
• Record incidents and donor data in the PDA and donor information system.
• Provide guidance and training to staff as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and restock supplies.
