Job summary

CSL is seeking a dedicated donor pheresis technician to support the collection center operations. You will prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process, monitor the donor and respond to alarms, and ensure accurate data recording.

You will maintain a clean, safe work environment, follow HSE/OSHA policies, and may be cross-trained to meet business needs while ensuring donor confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, respond to alarms or signals during the process.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and link equipment to the donor.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment and ensure adequate supplies and forms.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety in all actions.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and may be cross-trained to meet business needs.
