Job summary

Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 in Oklahoma City, OK, on-site only. The role leads a team and provides primary technical support for computers and network systems, requiring a Secret clearance and the ability to pursue Top Secret access.

The position involves collaboration with IT teams, adherence to security policies, and hands-on work with Active Directory, SCCM, PowerShell, and VMware VDI.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 6 years of experience; OR an Associates degree and 4 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience is required
• Candidates must have a current US Government Secret clearance to be considered with ability to obtain Top Secret
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs
• Candidates must have a Security+ certification or greater to be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PC Network Support Technicians and provide technical leadership
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Coordinate with customers, service desk, server administrators, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management
• Collaborate with system administrators on complex issues and act as escalation point
• Work through the ticket queue and perform self-motivated problem solving
• Create and unlock user/computer accounts using Active Directory while following security policies
• Maintain asset inventory in the tracking system and update deployment status
• Complete paperwork to satisfy Security requirements and support installation and retirement of hardware/software
• Remediate classified or unclassified data spillage with Security
• Participate in new installations, testing, and special projects
• Occasionally support users away from desk and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
