Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience; DOD 8570 cert required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance prior to start.
• Experience with Windows desktop OS, Office suites, and remote deployment methods.
• Desire to work on-site at Palmdale, CA in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets for all support incidents with timely updates.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between campus buildings with minimal disruption.
• Provide basic diagnostics, isolate problems, and document root causes.
• Assist with security paperwork and maintain asset inventory records.
• Operate as part of IT service desk and perform routine deployments and troubleshooting.
