Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to join our Oklahoma City, OK team on-site. You will lead a small technical group, provide network and PC support across the organization, and work with security/regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Secret clearance, strong experience with Windows, Active Directory, and networking, and the ability to handle complex technical issues in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Current US Government Secret clearance required or ability to obtain
• Experience with Windows desktop OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and MS Office
• Minimum education/experience combinations per Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical leadership for PCs and networks; coach a team of PC Network Support Technicians
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain satisfaction
• Coordinate with service desk, server admins, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management
• Collaborate with system admins on complex issues; escalate as needed
• Handle ticket queue; self-motivated with security awareness
• Maintain asset inventory in tracking system; update statuses as devices are deployed or retired
• Support security requirements and remediation of data spills; participate in new installations and projects
• Spend time away from desk to support users and move equipment
• Raise issues to senior staff as needed, and assist with large equipment handling
