Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a PC Network Support Technician to support information system lifecycle activities on-site at Beale AFB, CA. The role requires a Secret clearance and experience with Windows desktops, AD, and IT operations.

Responsibilities include user support, inventory management, and collaboration with Security to handle classified data events. A strong service mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, mission-focused environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have DOD 8140 security certification (examples: Security+ CE)
• Current US Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) with ability to obtain Top Secret
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Office Suites, and remote deployment methods
• Proficiency with Active Directory configuring user/computer accounts and security procedures

Responsibilities

• Supports information system lifecycle activities on-site at Beale AFB, CA.
• Provides technical support for computers and network diagnostics.
• Maintains inventory records for hardware assets and updates deployment status.
• Works with Security to resolve classified data spillage incidents.
• Operates in Windows desktop OS and Office environments; participates in installations and tests.
• Lifts/moves equipment up to 50 pounds; spends time away from desk to support users.
