Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks an Optical Supervisor to lead our team of in-house optical professionals. You will rely on optical expertise, customer focus, and product knowledge to create exceptional experiences for every guest.

As a keyholder, you will help open/close the store and oversee operations while fostering a positive, productive environment for opticians and retail advisors. This role requires energy, learning mindset, and a commitment to Warby Parker growth.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain prescription terminology.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements with accuracy.
• Adjust and fit eyewear to meet optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team and manage store operations.
• Maintain inventory and store systems to support operations.
