Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You will use your optical expertise and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide a high-performing optical team.

You’ll also help open/close the store and support internal operations as a keyholder. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a passion for eyewear, able to explain prescription terms and product offerings clearly.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with state licensure or ABO-certified.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for eyewear and retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, taking measurements and ensuring fit.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and systems to Warby Parker standards.
• Provide exceptional service and address customer questions and concerns.
