Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach and guide the Opticians on the floor, consult customers, and champion exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified where allowed) with leadership experience and a passion for eyewear. This role emphasizes mentorship, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified (state dependent) with 2+ years in a management role.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure precise fit.
• Lead and mentor the Optician team, delivering feedback and development conversations.
• Uphold service standards and implement programs to boost customer loyalty and engagement.
