Job summary

SendCutSend seeks an on-site Human Resources Site Manager to lead daily HR operations at an assigned location. You will partner with site leadership to drive HR strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives that align with manufacturing priorities.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, coaching, and investigations while ensuring policy adherence and timely HR documentation. A strong leader with manufacturing exposure will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years HR experience in generalist/manager roles, preferably in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role and strong policy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite HR leadership for the assigned site.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting to hire top talent for SendCutSend.
• Coach supervisors on performance and employee relations.
• Support investigations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and workers' compensation coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation and site policy communications.
• Collaborate with Talent and OD on site initiatives.
