Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking an HR Site Manager to serve as the primary onsite HR partner for employees and leaders at an assigned location. You will manage day-to-day HR activities and collaborate with the HR Director and site leadership to implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives that align with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field required.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist/manager roles.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local employment laws.
• Ability to coach managers and supervisors effectively.
• Experience with HR policies and practices.
• Experience maintaining accurate HR records and HR documentation.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR leadership for the site and serve as the primary onsite HR resource.
• Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies, workforce planning, design, and retention initiatives.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding at the site.
• Support employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Manage investigations in partnership with Corporate HR based on risk.
• Monitor attendance and enforce attendance/corrective action processes.
• Coordinate leave, accommodations, and workers’ compensation with Corporate HR.
• Support supervisors with performance documentation and coaching conversations.
• Maintain local HR documentation and timely employee changes to Corporate HR.
• Ensure policy communication and consistent application across shifts.
• Collaborate with Talent on hiring needs and onboarding; with OD on training and site development.
• Identify trends and report them to Corporate HR; participate in HR initiatives.
