Job summary

ABB's Pinetops, NC manufacturing facility is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner to develop and execute people strategies, partnering with site leaders to drive HR programs across the employee lifecycle. You will lead changes, support staffing, compensation, and performance management while ensuring legal compliance in the U.S.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing HR, 10+ years of experience, and a proven ability to influence managers and employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience as HR Manager or HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for a defined team or location.
• Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies.
• Facilitate change management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.
