Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking an on-site HR Leader for its fast-paced manufacturing operation in Ohio. You will provide strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees, balancing long-term workforce goals with day-to-day needs.

You will partner with senior leadership on organizational priorities, lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and core HR operations, and help build an engaged, accountable culture on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing / industrial experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

This position will serve as the on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation, providing both strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees. This role requires someone equally comfortable partnering with senior leadership on organizational priorities and working directly with supervisors and employees to address day-to-day workforce needs. The HR leader will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations while helping build a strong, accountable, and engaged workplace culture. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to balance longer-term priorities with the immediate needs of a manufacturing environment.
