Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking an HR Site Manager to serve as the primary onsite HR partner for the Arlington facility. You will work with the HR Director and site leadership to drive staffing, engagement, compliance, and workforce planning aligned with operational needs.

This role balances hands-on HR support with strategic partnership across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, and policy administration, with occasional quarterly travel to the corporate HQ in Reno.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist/manager roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including FMLA/ADA/FLSA.
• Experience coaching supervisors through performance and employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and accurate HR records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR leadership for the site and act as primary onsite HR resource.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding at the site.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance matters.
• Coordinate leave, workers' compensation, and compliance with Corporate HR.
• Monitor attendance and enforce attendance/corrective action processes.
• Maintain local HR documentation and timely HR changes with Corporate HR.
• Promote policy communications and consistent application across shifts.
