Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations across an apartment community. You will supervise staff, coordinate preventive programs, and ensure safety compliance while leading turn‑key unit make‑readies and vendor interactions.

The role requires 2–5 years in maintenance with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, HVAC certification, and a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/trade education or technical certifications is a plus.
• 2–5 years of residential/multifamily maintenance experience; 2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• HVAC certification (CFC/EPA universal) required; EPA certification required; CPO or other trade credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and inspect maintenance staff work, in‑house and contracted.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fair Housing).
• Respond to resident service requests and liaise between residents and management.
