Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully functional for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, landscaping, and more, under the Maintenance Lead's guidance.

You will also support budgeting, procure parts, maintain records, and foster strong service with residents, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems; plumbing and electrical tasks within license rules.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for safety and risk mitigation.
• Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with budget adherence, obtain competitive bids, and purchasing supplies.
