Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully functional for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems under supervision, while upholding safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, turnover tasks for vacant units, inventory control, and strong communication with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type I & II required.
• Valid drivers license and current auto insurance.
• Other licenses as required by law.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime and on-call.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service.
• Operate general maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances and HVAC systems.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry tasks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect property.
• Assist with turnover to rent-ready units.
• Document service requests and repairs accurately.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and supervisors.
