Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool care, under the Maintenance Lead.

You will prioritize work requests, assist in preparing vacant units for rent-ready status, and maintain preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by law.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely operate general maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related tasks.
• Prioritize and complete service requests with the Maintenance Lead.
• Assist with turnkey tasks to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect property condition.
• Inspect grounds and structures to ensure safety and minimize risk.
