Job summary

Allied Property Management is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for our multi-family community. This role oversees maintenance activities, including interior repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and exterior upkeep of buildings and grounds, ensuring timely, quality work.

The position requires leadership experience, EPA/HVAC certification where possible, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction. On-site role with performance bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks.
• Experience in multifamily apartment upkeep and repairs.
• HVAC basics with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Chiller/boiler experience and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within one business day whenever possible.
• Perform maintenance and repair work across interior/exterior areas.
• Prepare vacant units and coordinate housekeeping, flooring, and touchups.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and ensure safe conditions.
