Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical tasks, carpentry, and pool-related duties, while following safety practices.

You will work under the Maintenance Lead, assist with turning units, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure timely service requests, quality records, and strong resident

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II is required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems, basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Assist with maintenance lead to prioritize and complete service requests.
• Prepare vacant units for rent‑ready status and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds and property features to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Maintain records of service requests and purchases; participate in training programs.
