Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of a multifamily community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will manage outside vendors, supervise up to 5 staff, and develop maintenance standards while aligning with budget goals.

Key qualifications include HVAC and carpentry knowledge, tool proficiency, and experience with property management software. Onsite work and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or similar field.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of community buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Manage vendors, warranties, and budgets for repairs.
• Supervise up to 5 employees and coordinate work orders.
