Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across a multi-building community. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure grounds and interiors meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.

The role involves working with vendors and the Community Manager to schedule work, manage inventories, and uphold high service standards for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or building maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Good reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair building systems and respond to resident service requests.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacants, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials within budget.
• Supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and adhering to policies.
