Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of tools, safety practices and code requirements.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose issues.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspections.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work of others and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory and order supplies within budget limits.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
