Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Seattle-area communities. You will oversee and perform maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and top-quality appearance in line with Greystar standards.

Responsibilities include supervising up to 5 staff, coordinating with outside vendors, managing warranties, and assisting with budget development for repairs and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage warranties and budgets.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance to Greystar standards.
• Assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Schedule and supervise up to 5 staff and contractor work orders.
