PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage an apartment community in Texas. You will lead a maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure safety, preventative maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance supervision, EPA Type II certification, and a driver’s license with reliable transportation. Expect collaboration with the Property Manager and contractors to keep the property well-maintained and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance; own vehicle required.
• General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care (if required).

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on repairs 60-70% of the time and supervise associates and contractors.
• Assist Property Manager in customer service program and Peak standards.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor completion.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and manage budget and inventory.
• Direct workers during maintenance and turn events within budget.
• Assist with move-in/move-out process and unit prep for marketing.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
