Gwr-Management-LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our multi-family community in Spring, TX. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality upkeep of units and common areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team to meet quality standards and respond promptly to service requests.
Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, carpet cleaning, and repairs.
Train and supervise staff, assist in hiring and performance reviews.
Perform regular inspections and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
Maintain budget awareness and monitor capital projects and inventories.
Handle on-call emergencies and ensure safety practices are followed.
