Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at an assigned apartment community. The role blends hands-on repairs (60–70%) with supervising staff and outside contractors, while maintaining safety, curb appeal and resident service.

Qualifications include 2+ years of maintenance supervision in multifamily housing, High School diploma, EPA Type II certification (CPO preferred), and a valid driver's license. Must live within 30 miles of the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience in the multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA Certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Basic hand tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on hands-on repairs/maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance team and contractors; manage service requests.
• Assist Property Manager with customer service program and Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program; implement energy-saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget; supervise turnover and unit prep.
• Coordinate bids for capital improvements with National Facilities Director.
