Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, an Atlanta-based company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at a multifamily property. The role combines hands-on repairs with supervision of associates and outside contractors to ensure safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in maintenance supervision, EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance; own vehicle.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by local/state/federal law.
• Basic hand tools not provided by the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs 60–70% of the time and supervise associates and contractors.
• Assist Property Manager in maintaining Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor daily completion and follow up.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and energy-saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget and supervise vendors during turns.
• Prepare vacants for marketing and ensure safe, compliant operations.
