Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Sr. Mobile Diesel & Trailer Mechanic to perform DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and advanced repairs on a mobile/field fleet. You will diagnose, repair, and service trucks and trailers, document findings, and work independently with a focus on safety and compliance.

This role requiresozactive field work, adherence to DOT regulations, and strong tools proficiency, with a leadership role on-site as the lead technician for customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with several years in related field.
• Experience with refrigerated equipment is preferred (per ad).
• DOT regulations compliance and physical requirements are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and DOT inspections on mobile fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers in field.
• Maintain service truck and document work performed with RO in TRAIT app.
