GE Vernova seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to drive complex marine electrical integration projects for new and existing vessels. You will interface with customers, coordinate with GE site engineers, and ensure on-site installation and commissioning teams are led effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in power electronics or power systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

• Interface directly with key marine customers.
• Coordinate with GE site engineers at customer facility.
• Assist customer in developing specifications and planning activities.
• Lead on-site GE installation and commissioning teams.
• Provide project leadership for programs under execution.
• Ensure designs meet customer and regulatory requirements and coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, field services, and vendors.
• Communicate risks, issues, and progress to management.
