Job summary

GE Vernova Marine Services seeks a Marine Services Sales Manager to drive growth in Power Conversion and Storage Marine Services. You will leverage technical expertise and customer relationships to expand service offerings, bid opportunities, and deliver orders with robust margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or naval architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with maritime electric propulsion or controls and automation.
• Minimum 5 years sales/business development experience with growth records.
• Experience with Offshore O&G ecosystem including shipyards and naval architecture firms.
• Ability to travel 60% domestically and internationally; US citizen; ability to obtain secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own Marine Services orders forecast, delivering volume and margin to meet targets.
• Apply subject matter expertise to support bidding for service opportunities.
• Identify offerings to capture new service opportunities.
• Lead commercial and technical proposal efforts with risk analyses.
• Develop partnerships across GE Vernova to optimize customer outcomes.
• Develop opportunities applying Marine Propulsion and Controls know-how for customer needs.
• Extend opportunities to GE Vernova portfolio and influence market strategy.
• Monitor North America Marine segment market intelligence for competitive advantage.
