The role requires deep technical capability in power electronics, hands-on design, modeling, testing, and collaboration with controls and software teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in power electronics required.
• Experience designing PCBs with minimal stray inductance and EMI/EMC optimization.
• Design experience with IGBT and wide-bandgap semiconductor based converters.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced power converter projects from concept to validated solution.
• Prepare detailed technical specs for large industry, marine and naval power converters.
• Manage product requirements, verification, and interfaces across teams and partners.
