Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of front-of-house operations to ensure efficient restaurant service and guest experience.
• Support Food & Beverage Manager in achieving operational objectives and compliance with policies.
• Oversee reservations, guest seating, table assignments, and dining room flow.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate service coverage.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and cost-control measures.
• Ensure team follows customer service and hospitality standards.
• Greet guests, manage special requests, and create a positive dining experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain restaurant presentation and coordination between dining room and kitchen.
