Zusammenfassung

Hollywood Casino-Aurora, Inc. seeks a Casino Operations Assistant Shift Manager to supervise staff and support daily management of a designated shift in Casino Operations. You will oversee all games, game protection, and the overall operation of Table Games/Slots on your shift.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, budget awareness, compliance, and ongoing engagement with team members to drive profitability and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of leadership in Table Games/Slots, or equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games/Slots operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about Slot operating systems.

Aufgaben

Supervise staff on a designated shift and coordinate scheduling with management.
Support budgeting efforts and monitor department expenses.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Provide oversight for gaming floor activities on the shift.
Handle customer concerns and ensure proper payout accuracy.
Maintain accountability for gaming chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
Verify table inventories and manage table limits.
Contribute to strategies for revenue growth and cost management.
Foster team engagement and address feedback and issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within responsibility.
