Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced Maître D to lead a high-volume, fine dining team. You will manage reservations, seating, and guest flow, and collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure a polished dining experience.

Candidates should have at least four years in fast-paced restaurants and two years leading a front-door team; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior Maître D experience is preferred.

Formación

• Four (4) years of restaurant experience in a high‑volume, fine dining restaurant required.
• At least two (2) years’ experience leading a front door team as a Maître D.
• Previous Maître D experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsabilidades

• The Maître D serves as the first and lasting impression of the restaurant, providing polished, personalized guest service in a fine dining environment.
• This role manages reservations and walk‑in flow, coordinates seating and table pacing, and collaborates with management, culinary and service staff.
• Ensure service standards and presentation are upheld throughout the dining room.
