Avenue5 Residential in San Diego seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds, delivering reliable service for residents and properties.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Complete carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, and door/lock repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, and sprinkler work.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Communicate issues to maintenance leadership promptly.
• Promote safety and risk management per regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and properties.
