Responsibilities include repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and grounds, plus preventative maintenance, work order management, inspections, and emergencies. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year experience, valid driver's license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Must have general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as directed.
• Carpentry duties include wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/door repair.
• Conduct preventative maintenance such as painting, lighting, sprinkler systems, and elevator upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify safety or maintenance issues and address them.
