Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a range of upkeep tasks across our community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep homes, amenities and grounds in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues, performing carpentry, completing preventive maintenance, and handling service requests while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and complete repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring and carpentry.
• Perform general carpentry and building repairs (drywall, cabinets, doors, trim).
• Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC, lighting, irrigation, pool equipment, and other systems.
• Process service requests promptly and meet safety and resident satisfaction standards.
• Inspect homes and common areas to identify repairs and safety concerns.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Communicate maintenance updates to leadership and residents.
