Avenue5 Residential in San Diego is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform apartment and property maintenance while upholding top customer service and curb appeal. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to meet safety and quality standards.

An on-call rotation and after-hours support are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs per supervisor guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal; manage work orders.
• Respond to property emergencies; participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure safety and risk management per regulations.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to leadership.
